Walk It is a term linked to take a walk , a verb which refers to taking a tour for leisure and entertainment purposes. A walk, therefore, can be said path or circuit that is traveled.

For example: “Next week we go for a walk to the mountains”, “Yesterday I didn't call you because I went for a walk to the mall with my parents”, “Going to the square and then having an ice cream is my favorite walk”.

The notion of walk can also mention the space that is traveled at a leisure time or at a avenue : “The Paseo del Centenario is beautiful: they planted new flowers and renovated the lake”, “The authorities announced that a new walk will be created next to the Museum of Natural Sciences”, "The police suspect that the criminals hid in the Paseo del Príncipe after committing the robbery".

One of the best known walks in the world is the Paseo del Prado , located in the Spanish city of Madrid . Its surface has several museums of relevance, like the Thyssen-Bornemisz and the Meadow , in addition to sculptures of great historical and cultural significance.

However, we must not forget that in Madrid the so-called Paseo de la Castellana is very famous. It crosses the city from north to south and was put into operation from the first bars of the 20th century. Among the most significant places in this area are the Plaza de Colón, the Museum of Natural Sciences, the Santiago Bernabéu or the Puerta de Europa towers.

In Granada, one of the most beautiful areas that tourists love is called Paseo de los Tristes. It is considered a magical corner and one of the most beautiful in the world. It has more than 500 years of history and is a stretch of cobbled soil that runs parallel to the Darro River. In the Plaza Nueva is where this starts that allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the Alhambra. It receives its name from the fact that in the past that was the way that the funeral cars that were going to take the deceased to the cemetery located next to the mentioned monumental construction had to go.

In the Mexico City , is the Paseo de la Reforma , inaugurated in the XIX century . It has roundabouts, numerous trees and palaces at its sides that make it a symbol of the Aztec nation.

Buenos Aires , meanwhile, has the Paseo La Plaza . It is a space with five rooms theater , restaurants and commercial premises, whose main entrance is on the famous Corrientes Avenue .

Within the bullfighting world, this word takes special relevance. Thus, for example, there is the term paseíllo. This is the name of the parade that the bullfighters and their crews perform on the ring before the bullfighting celebration begins.

Precisely in relation to that cited word is also the so-called ride hood. This becomes a short layer of silk and sequins that the killers use during that walk.
